Financing a 2 family rehab
Hi! I am new to the group. I'm looking to rehab a 2 family property that is free and clear of mortgage. It is currently vacant and uninhabitable so it wont qualify for HELOC. It needs more than the $10k personal loan my credit union offers. Any suggestions on how to get financing?
Please help!!
