Just curious how the board feels:If BP is made aware that someone is blatantly posting false information to sell their service, loans, homes, investment, etc. should BP remove the offending post and possibly offending member if they continue the practice? 

And just in case you are new my last post I suggested if you would like to get educated you might try the community colleges in you area.  

Now the seller, since the deal didn't work out, is accusing me of practicing without a license.

Hey everybody, i have just recently decided to stray away from the college path and build my own future.

A little background is that I am 19 and a sophomore in college.

The local rental market, in general allows them - unlike some parts of the city, where it isn't practical. 

I had to get cancer before I listened.About three years ago, it just so happened that my son had just gone off to college, so that was actually one less day to day stressor in my life.  

The "turf state" laws, which are practiced in seven other states, prohibit cooperation between Kentucky real estate brokers and out-of-state real estate brokers.

Hearing stuff about "Lehman Brothers", "Bernie Madoff", and stories from a  a co-worker during college who has been trying to retire since 2000 (but failed due to losing money the dot-com crash, Enron, and the "Great recession") made me skeptical of investment "experts."

I'm practicing how to analyze deals the proper way.
