Many of the biggest players in the industry are not even on BP.. 

Don't hate the player, hate the game.If you don't do your college degree, do a trade-- be an electrician/plumber/HVAC/etc-- something that 100% directly relates  to houses and will give you the W2 banks want.

Vacation rentals, especially resort markets, even more so in seasonal resort markets, are extremely vulnerable to economic headwinds.  

If its that big of a strain on your finances to have to resort to advertising before closing you might should have waited a little while. 

My thinking is that with Intuit, they have bigger players and more of a reputation to worry about.

We have more than enough satisfied clients that I would never have to resort to those antics.

An exception would be a REIT, or Insurance company and I can see they have bought hundreds of millions or billions over many years or decades so know they are a real player in the game.

@Patrick Philip From my experience in the Midwest, not a resort/ocean front hotel/mom and pop, my number would be no less than 50 rooms to be able to fund a "GM" to run the property.
