What price range, stand alone houses, multi-units, etc.?

I need a commercial real estate related slogan for a party with CRE folks. 

There should be some form of regular interest payments that are similar in frequency and rate to what your brother should expect if he were to go to an unrelated party in the open marketplace.   

My compliments to you on considering these details....I've had both, and I've had ductless on both stand alone range hoods and with microwaves over the ranges.  

You may make out better if they agree and leave instead of a prolonged fight where you stand to lose months of rent, possible damage to your property and little or no recourse. 

The valuable part is the skill and network needed to find and execute a deal - find someone who has that and then ride the wave with them.Or, do it yourself.
