I have almost no social life during the week, haha, and then I grind hard on weekends to catch up and push the needle forward. 

However , you were able to answer my question, I was not aware I wouldn’t have to refinance out of the VA loan in order to be able to use it as a rental property, with the catch being I wont be able trying re-use the VA loan.

I know I am a little slow to catch on, but hey better late than never.

What's the point of waking up at 6:00AM every morning to catch a 35-minute bus and pay $15 a day for "omg so good" arugula salads with cherry tomatoes if you're getting pad the same salary to work from home? 

Your bank may let you slide on one months mortgage payment with the idea to catch up later, but, don't count on it.

After 90 days of not paying their rent, do you know anyone who will go back to MacDonalds and be able to catch up on the back rents?
