Do you have any tips or advice on procuring one? 

Are online websites such as Legalzoom or my company recommended to start my LLC or is there a better way to go about it?

Here at Carrot we see about 30k real estate investing leads a month come in from our clients 100% online so it's been cool seeing the process that is working for people.

Wanted to see where everyone gets most of their education on creative financing, mortgages, contracts, notes, you know learning the rules of the financing game--not really anything that has to do with financing/leveraging a home.

There's conflicting evidence on the first $5,000 for a "passive" real estate investment online and I couldn't tell if the $5,000 rule is only in effect for "active" investments.3.

Everything is fair game and there are no rules from someone liking this analysis and beating him to the punch.

We can all agree that this real estate game is about consistent action and at times if our actions aren't successful we / I tend to be less productive and even stall at times.If you're like me, let's be accountability partners so we can close some deals!!!

Hey everyone I am fairly new to the BP community and investing however I have loved real estate ever since I was a kid.I have worked as a marketing consultant for a new home developer here in the SF Bay Area.I am looking to do some VA work for investors to learn more about this side of the industry.Any tips on how to go about getting the first few clients?
