Bedroom is remodeled except for the floor has been ripped up and yet again just the plywood looking sub-floor remains.Basement has foundation cracks but I hired a professional structural engineer and the report says the house is not in any foundational trouble but gave suggestions to install carbon fiber strips as a preventive measure for the long term health of the building.I have about a week or so to get into the property and get the unit up to a FHA appraiser's standards.

:@Pat L. it sounds like someone could use some medication...I do know for a fact he smokes & inhales his meds & is now VERY upset because, based on his health issues (very high BMI), he SHOULD be allowed the covid vaccination.

This mentality is not shared to the same extent by citizens of other countries.

This mentality of hoping that he will just eat the costs on your job, is really toxic.

It is his only asset and his health is not great.

As a result tenant says she called the board of health because of the cracks in the ceiling and no electricity.  

Escrow makes it easy, but there are benefits to not escrowing if you have the mental capacity to keep up with it.  

If there isn't a logical reason for rebar to be in the line, it's probably roots.Regardless is it's rebar or roots, you need to fix it for the long term viability of your house, your tenants, and your mental health!
