Hello Richmond, VA investors, I'm planning on coming down to look at some apartments, possibly this coming Sunday 9/10 and Monday, and would love to meet up with some local investors.Would anybody be interested in meeting up for dinner/drinks on Sunday evening?

Let me give you a scenario...I'm looking for my first deal and think I found a property that meets my ROI numbers and I want to move forward. 

Recently I have found it aggravating to deal with having to meet prospective tenants to hand deliver applications, or dealing with those who don't know how to edit an emailed PDF application and return.

Hello everyone,Out of curiosity, when first raising capital is it easier/better to 1.raise a fund or 2.get capital promised if a deal meeting certain criteria matches with a specific capital providers needs?

I saw there are a variety of meet-ups in the San Bernardino/Riverside/Orange County areas, and was wondering if there were any you guys preferred?

Then meet with the city planner and describe to him what you would like to do.  

So in my case that I don't have an investment yet and I would use that trip to go check on the property myself before closing, and also meet my realtor, perspective property management and some contractors.

I have found myself a business partner to move forward with on B&H properties and we have a meeting set up this Saturday night to begin discussions.
