Telling me that some things needed to get fixed when she moved in (an outlet not working, a hinge at a closet door needed to have a screw tightened and a window didn't close properly) She was supposed to call me when she was home, so, that I could fixed.

i have never heard of or seen it ( that i know of) around here. my kitchen will be getting torn out this week and im picking up cabinets tommorow. starting tommorow i will be getting the ceilings scraped and starting to mud the walls. throughout the remodel i will have a couple outlets to move, my over range venting will be moved, running new lighting and i will be running a water supply line to a fridge. new cabinets,paint and floors and im really hoping to have this kitchen done within 4 weeks.

It's way better to put in an outlet, typically split with half controlled by a switch for the garbage disposer.
