They don't give you the applicant's actual credit score, but they give you a resident score, which SmartMove believes is the most important thing you could have -- it is their measurement of whether or not the tenant will pay on time, be reliable, etc...

Just like anything you need to ensure you have measurable goals surrounding your vlog/channel. 

It seems very simple in my county: call them, set up a time for them to come out, they re-measure, and there is no fee.

If a tenant gets injured on your property and sues, you better believe that the attorneys will be sending someone to take photos, inspect conditions and take measurements of the area the person claimed injury.  

Since commercial properties often (though not always) trade based on cap rates, then they can be a useful measure of comparing two properties.

I'd treat all of this like rumor and operate under the assumption that I still had a valid P&S until proven otherwise.This seems like a CYA measure for the agent and seller who entered into a contract with you without fulfilling the obligations of a prior contract.
