It's a very tough call to sell due to a job relocation.

There is tech and manufacturing job growth with Tesla, and multiple AI data centers being built.

There are good opportunities without deploying huge capital or there are luxury options.

Just make sure you have great job stability.

There's no jobs and no real economy there.
