Hello biggerpockets community im planing change my kitchen in the current condo where Im living(future renting) may I know cheaper options to find a good prices for kitchen including instalation?

I tried to rezone it so I could install separate electrical and water meters but zoning refused.

Replaced old carpeting with LVP flooring, installed custom-built closet and pantry cabinetry, updated all electrical switches and fixtures to Decora trim, added recessed lights and switches throughout Kitchen and Living rooms, updated the landscaping for curb appeal, repainted throughout property.

There is a lower level bathtub / shower combo; he would replace the old tub with a new one and install tile above it to match the upper level. 

I've been on many jobs with it installed.

We lucked out with a new HVAC system and new water heater installed just before purchase.

I wonder what they payback time would be for installing and maintaining motion detectors versus the pennies in energy keeping the lights on for 10 hours.

While these units get great reviews on Best Buy, and overall the cost to install them will be less, they do have some perceived short comings.

I try to paint them the same color and install the same type of appliances.
