I was particularly inspired by BP Podcast 006 w/ Arthur Garcia, who holds a full time job, but decided to build a strong enough buy and hold portfolio to not have to rely on it forever.

I have a wife and children therefore I am not able to be as risky as if I had started when single. 

Quick story for you that hopefully inspires you to take a simple action to advance your investing. 

My real motivator & confidence builder has been the podcasts, very inspiring & informative.

We all inspire each other.

I was inspired in Real Estate by my current mentor and boss, who currently owns a three decker and resides in it.

Like he said read as much as you can, it not only informs you but inspires you and keeps you on track.

Also, how do you feel about adopting one of their children to satisfy a dependent requirement (heh)?
