Would the bank/lender still call it a CRE loan, or, would they look at it as if I were getting a loan to acquire the actual "business" entity and all its "contents" (this case likely just the building and perhaps some office and maintenance equipment that goes with it)3.

An example, in one case a farm was purchased along with some equipment but they failed to secure the equipment as customary but that doesn't mean the debt created was not valid.

Yes it is bad when the fire equipment doesn't work properly. 

Somebody mentioned that the tools used are larger than generic rooter equipment.

The reason they are so low is because received Court docs, and police report, and identity theft.
