Food for thought

I do use the ICC fuel gas code though and I believe changes are usually highlighted with a line next to text in the code books. 

There are plenty of people who will highlight the limiting to my wealth in choosing cashflow, but I don't need to die with 28.6 million dollars.

After 40 days of serving notice, now Tenant highlighting the following rule and demanding for RELOCATION ASSISTANCE/RENT WAIVER which is equal to one month of rent.

Once i had several leases in my hands i just sat down and started with the lengthiest one and went through the others and highlighted any item that the other leases didn't have in the first one.

I’m not even talking about,  ‘there’s a roach in my food’, maybe more of a ‘things could have been better post investment or my property manager sucked, or I can’t believe the premium I paid’.

Beautiful homes full of character, great schools, close to Asian food and markets, close to downtown LA.

Since you highlighted your goals I would start to narrow down some cities that match that.

As most of our properties do not have garbage disposals, we want to make the tenant responsible for properly disposing of food/waste in outdoor covered bins.
