It's a big goal to find someone to assist in this place I've not lived before.I also agree, and feel better about it now, that I've told them the problem.

Starting out mentorship will have a lot more to offer, while as you become more experienced, the mastermind might be more helpful to reach your goals.

This takes a bit longer, but the properties typically go up in value a lot faster, are easier to rent, and you get more out of them.

To scale up to achieve my goals I thought aligning with a RE fund would be ideal. 

My goal from the beginning was to sell it after 2 years and avoid capital gains.
