Focus on creating your team that aligns with your goals.

I am looking to establish an extended team of people, CPA, Attorney, Lendor, Handyman etc... 

@Chris Rassam build relationships with syndicators, ask to be on their investor list to receive investment opportunities, evaluate the deals, and invest in the ones you like and with the sponsorship teams you like the most. 

@Roy Gottesdiener I would say setting up the right team is essential for your success or failure.

At the very least, if they called you I imagine that opens the door for you to attempt a generic text message back to that same number to attempt to continue the conversation....As far as what to say if you DO get into a conversation with them, you can maybe say something to the effect of, "I'm particularly interested in houses in your neighborhood, because of __________(Location is good, close to a hospital, XYZ, blahblahblah).

Good Morning...Today is Tuesday and being much like any other typical day in the real estate investment biz my mind is focused on what I can bring to my team in terms of work output, creating new leads and overall productivity.

@Scott Marshall I used to base the name of the LLC on the property it was meant to contain.However I found over time, that I sometimes needed an LLC for a different purpose, and then I started to wish I'd chosen more generic names.

Basically do your DD on the RE and your team.
