Is there a loan on the property in both persons names?

Since I do not have any financials under my new LLC I wanted to see if it would make it difficult to purchase our first property.

What kind of financial safety net would be good to have per person? 

It's the same work to do a $55K loan as a $500K loan so the fees will be higher due to the loan amount but will still be much lower than what a lender or broker gets paid on a higher loan amount.

Are there companies out there that would give him a small loan?

Another option is going to be looking for off market deals, but they are going to want all cash or hard money loan, which you could do for a year and then refinance it once the property passes inspections for a long term loan.

We ultimately feel like this shouldn't be our financial burden.

But everyone should invest from a position of financial strength. 

I just wanted to take a few minutes to propose a thought experiment in hopes of sparking a discussion on what the practical strategies to achieving financial success are and what the necessary disciplines one must apply to get there.

Looking for something that helps factor in all variables, fixed costs, interest paid on hard money loans, reno costs, etc etc.
