The only exception that will be permitted for second home and investment properties loans is for high LTV refinance loans that are manually underwritten in accordance with the Alternative Qualification Path and delivered with Special Feature Code 840.

I just came across this, I have extensive Tidelands experience,  there is a Channel 7 WABC-TV feature on my website...Glad to assist if I can, here and on other matters. 

Besides the famously known Turbotax/H&R block, Jackson Hewitt, does anyone know of any other company (CPA firm) that has the feature to let one fill out these forms online and submit for a fee?    

I'm sure there are plenty of other features as well that I just haven't gotten into but it's great and sort affordable - $9/mth or you can pay annually ($90 I believe).

Do houses that get top dollar have certain features? 

I really have very little knowledge of these, but if I COULD couple that with the extended lease back/purchase price reduction, that would take my base hit to a home run.I need to make sure my contract documents and covers all aspects of the home: condition, vegetation, fixtures and features etc, making sure I cover my liability for any damages they may cause in thier stay as much as possible.
