You can see how your project would be in financial trouble right away.I usually won't work with a non US investor unless they have 75k+ in liquid funds because their deals require much more capital.

During all those years he had a lot of expenses, but no income on that deal....and those kinds of deals usually evaluate several sites, and it could have just as easily disappeared.Residential....I would argue that there is always a market.

Not aware of direct data for your question.Large apartment owners spend big money on this question and usually answer it by gauging demand via vacancy rates and Days On Market.
