@Karissa Green I think you would have a very difficult time in purchasing a property from a company you own.  

Very difficult dealing with a bank to get cash to renovate a home.

I think it would be difficult to self-manage since we are out of state so the property manager aspect was concerning to me; however, I researched agents in the town nearby and there were several that listed mentioned management services so I may reach out to them first to get their opinion. 

As previous investors stated, it is difficult to find multi-families to house-hack in Orlando (especially in the nicer neighborhoods).

You need to build a list of all the items you need to complete. right now it's difficult to get plumbing parts and so forth.

Most scammers don’t have a website, making it very difficult to track them down.

But, my annoyance comes with the fact that it is difficult to get replacement parts for anything right now due to supply chain issues, leading me to have to find, buy, & pay for installation of another appliance vs a simple cheap repair each time something breaks.

Also I think this property might be difficult to resell, but would definitely be rentable.
