I'm not saying that based on deep knowledge of taxes but on how I personally would abuse it.I would use a PO box that's at least a 100 miles away from any job location I may ever have.

Compare their recommendations to reality and see if these sub-markets are supported by data (local median income, crime, poverty levels, rent growth, etc.).Step 4: Develop your investment and return criteria based on the market you will be operating in and your overall investment thesis (deep/mild value-add, stable buy and hold, desired hold period, Cash on Cash return, IRR, etc.). 

That would be a start, then do the deep analysis using the BP. 

I found out later why, apparently the cooper pipes were recycled:)  Inspection was just what one can see, no touch, no turn on, no look deep. 

I have logged all over that area.. that lot is VERY steep.. no way to split  it and well and septic will run you easy 50 to 75k on that parcel .. also keep in mind its VERY difficult to split lots.. and if they can easily be split usually price will reflect that.I have 3 semi rural lots  1.5 for two of them and then 3.5 acres with 500 ft of Deep Creek frontage stunning site.. its in an area called Barton if you google it you will see a corner gas station we are the property right to the north. 

Potential is always beyond scope.All this ascension I think hinges on a deep belief that I hold of abundance, positivity, and a passion for being a carpenter.

And I'm efficient enough to ensure nobody stays past closing time.I did a deep clean of my office ( trying to go as paper less as possible)  I think the 3 garabage bags of stuff that sat on my desk for 3 years or more weight about 60 lbs.. 

I feel like you already know deep down what you should do but you want to be validated.

If your looking for a deep clean/ paint prep use gas is the only way.
