Spent the morning adding the Property Type for each lien.Many of the liens will redeem before the end of the auction, but the list as of the opening date shows 2,486 liens this year.

Like @Chris Reeves states, there is usually an expiration date or possibly a balloon date coming and the worst possible scenario would be having to sell or refinance in a down market.I'm curious to hear what others have done.

For example: Investor contributed 10,000, and will receive 11,000 as a lump sum after sale of the property, plus any interest at 9% APR if sale is more than 90 days after date of lending.To note: I looked in the BP file center and couldn't find anything that fit the bill.Thank you,Julius
