Yavapai County AZ tax lien auction opens

The 2016 Yavapai county AZ tax lien online auction site opened. I grabbed the lien list from the county and converted it to excel. Spent the morning adding the Property Type for each lien.

Many of the liens will redeem before the end of the auction, but the list as of the opening date shows 2,486 liens this year. Here is the breakdown by property type. The #NA are parcels that did not have a type listed in the assessors site.
