Hi Eric - I do the same thing - the problem I have is when I sell the property and do a 1031 exchange, then I need to keep that LLC for the new property which is really confusing since the name of the LLC is now referencing the street address of a property that I no longer own or am affiliated with.Do you know if you can change the names of LLCs?
