Slight variations by industry but for the most part the fundamentals and the numbers cross industry lines. 

We have been renting for $1400/month, which just gets us a bit above, without properly planning for Capex, however, paying HOA dues that cover exterior I know I'm not going to (shouldn't) get hit with a huge assessment (fingers crossed).

That crossed my mind too Jay - I know there isn't a South Hills sub-group yet but it might be the best way to facilitate it.

That might give you a frame of reference.The other thing to do is go on Zillow and narrow the map to the surrounding neighborhood but don't look at areas that cross any major roads, etc.

@Melyssa Green,The South is cool :) I hung out in South Carolina for a bit on my cross-country roadtrip, along with Nashville, Atlanta, New Orleans, Jacksonville, and a bunch in between..

I am hoping a blanket loan or cross-collateralized to make future purchases.  

That address is right on the border between Shaker and Cleveland so somewhat of an iffy neighborhood.
