In other words, everyone agrees that access to running how water falls under the implied warranty.

26 lots, 20 park owned mobile homes, 4 acres. city water and sewer

A oil fired boiler , a water conditioning system , an oil fired hot water heater , a 4 zone mini split  system , 2 sump pumps , a refrigerator and the stove .

Would be interested in picking your brain on a few things if that's cool.
