Again, and ironically, it solidified the ability of the "rich to get richer" (i.e. accredited investors). 

Pick the brokerage with the largest market share in your market.Then pick their top performing office.Then copy everything thing the top agents in that office do.Then make a ton of money and grow rich.

The one's that don't succeed, bought into a bunch of get rich quick, easy button, b.s., and never really worked hard enough to have a chance.

This definitely isn’t a get rich quick scheme.

@Aaron T.The self-directed IRA (while not quite as feature-rich as the Solo 401k) is definitely the way to go if you are not eligible for a Solo 401k.

The first deal isn't about getting rich, and if you sign a partnership agreement, insert a condition that you get to be present at all operations meetings. 

Now if you don't want to be poor and want to be rich accept what @Jim K. said that these things will happen nothing you can do about it.
