Just passed my salesperson's exam, how to find the right broker?

I just passed my California's real estate salesperson exam and now want to find the right broker to work with. My main motivation for getting a real estate license is to be able to write my own offers when I am buying/investing in my own places, helping friends and family with their real estate needs, and having access to the MLS. I also wish to work part time as a realtor and further explore this space as a full time career.
Any advice, tips, or referrals (I currently live in the Bay Area, and have been a Fremont resident for about 20 years).

Pick the brokerage with the largest market share in your market.

Then pick their top performing office.

Then copy everything thing the top agents in that office do.

Then make a ton of money and grow rich.
