I tile my kit and baths, and sometimes upgrade my cabinets if I thing I can raise the rent a few bucks or rent it faster (less vacant time)NOW you can hold the PM accountable if they can not reach their potential rent goals and you can get a good team player to boot-

With that being said, it's worth my $20 or $25 to attend and see if I want to commit a few hundred dollars a year, but more importantly, MY TIME, as I can make more money, but I can't buy more time.Good luck with your decision!
