Will the renters be happy in the area (people without much economic means want lower priced areas to live in vs posh surroundings with higher prices).They are not looking to socially climb, they are just looking to get buy--buy here pay here car joints, Payday Loan places, Pawn shops, Liquor stores, Medical Clinics, Jack in the Box, Dollar stores, welfare office, etc...Just my 2 cents.

So get a price from a great RE Lawyer in your area and work that price into your numbers....and if there is a price that makes the up side worth the head ache...pull that trigger...I doubt anyone else will.
