I aquired some properties following him, they all worked out well.I'll say too, that he didn't know what he was worth, it was always an estimate, he had so many activities going on at times you really couldn't nail down the assets, that's what happens when you can drag in a million or more in a day and can't identify an accurate per centage of completion on various projects, with multiple interests flying by.

Historically I find the county record data to be very accurate, and since I can search on a property card basis, I can conclude that my findings should be a very good representation of this institutional buyer.
