Why not go VA loan with no money down and get a 4 plex??

., etc..Right now we live in a small college town in VA, and the housing market is great for investors, so we would really like to do the same thing just in a bigger city.Any input or advice that you can offer would be great!

Right now, I am in Northern Virginia working at the Pentagon. 

Hello all was wondering if anyone is in the Richmond Va or general Va area who invest in multi fam property or apartment who would be willing to give me  guidance on the building blocks of starting on either in the right way..i was told to post in here instead of the pro forum lol..any help or ideas would be appreciated 

The lender probably sees the same name and knows what's going on.If "Jane" gets an FHA, VA, HUD, etc loan that requires her to live there, she must wait 9-12 months before moving out.

Virginia has a Hardest Hit Fund program which you may qualify for that will provide money to bring arrears and advances current.  

VA is the same as FHA for 2015.FHA and VA are owner occupied and have to be mortgage 1-4.
