Hello BP community!

I'm Sara and my husband is Kevin. Kevin just finished up his service in the Navy and in July we are moving to Laramie, WY so he can complete his degree at UWyo. We are looking into multi-family properties. with no more than 4 units. We are hoping that if we find a quadplex we can offset our cost of living while in school by living in one of the units ourself.  However, our situation is unique, with using the GI bill for school and not planning to have a "full-time" income (we have toddlers that I stay home with). I'm hoping through BP we can get some good advice on how to best present ourselves to lenders.

Best,

Sara McConnell
