And, if the home has, at minimum, retained its value then 8 years in loan payments should have reduced the debt therefore creating a potential profit when sold.

@Rollin BuffingtonYou will want to speak to an accountant since, if the current owner of the property and the owners of the LLC are different, taxes might be owed when the property is transferred/sold to the LLC

Make sure you do not max out on your first deal regarding your Debt to Income Ratio otherwise it will make it challenging to move on to the next one.
