Of course higher risk = higher reward (or higher loss).Whatever you invest in make sure to understand your investment and do your due diligence.

The same companies that can track your activities and give you corporate rewards for compliant behavior could utilize their powers to block transactions, add surcharges or restrict your use of products. 

But, I have found, that with the right properties, RE is an investment which can readily reward you proportionally to your work, today.        

If you were required to share the profits of RE on leveraged money, it would be a much tougher, longer slog with less risk but far less reward.

Flipping- high risk, high reward, active income, tax liabilities. 

The sandwich – like other “junk food” – will also trigger the release of brain chemicals such as dopamine, which activate the brain’s reward system and provide a feeling of pleasure.

Very little potential reward for a lot of risk.

Seems we have an advocate of getting into commercial RE and saying that CRE and Res are can carry similar risks and rewards, not true.

To ask them to fire lead after lead or comp after comp without getting rewarded will be an issue.

It seems as returning has been rewarding.
