I just got my refi check on a full cycle and looking for more off market deals. 

Best thing to do is to call the local housing authority and they can explain some numbers for you and the process (assuming you can get ahold of them).You could always just post the numbers here or in the proper forum and double check it.

When you want to sell, double check with a qualified intermediary to see if you're going to qualify for a 1031. 

Now I am the landlord and live 2 hours away and switching the payment to be mailed to me by money order or personal checks.
