Hello, I am thinking about looking to Invest in Austin area single family residential property in the next 6 months to one year.I am also thinking about 3 bedroom 2+ bath which may typically within the range of investment.Since its going to be for Rental, what is the preferred in Austin area for renting out, is it single storey house with 3 bedrooms with 1500+ Sqft or two storey with 2000+ sqft and upstair bedrooms?

Also you do need time to be active, and some people do not have time if you are raising a family and have a W2 (but I believe you can still make time, but it is not easy). 

If it's not them directly, it's their family or friends.Who else knows the property is vacant so quickly?
