I live in Myrtle Beach and work for the man... out of my home office. 

@Matt McCourry I'm not sure if you're still interested, but I figured it would be a good idea to start a BP meetup for Myrtle Beach.

just got back from the Keys, 80 degrees, and didn't wear one HI shirt, saving those for the beaches in OH & IN

Surfing, boating, beaches, golf, 300 days of sunshine, 360 days of above freezing weather, it's all over-rated.  

My friends that I was with live in PR, and they daydreamed with me about buying  a property someday.I typically stay in the Condado area; however, next time I visit, I'll be staying at the Water & Beach Club Hotel in Carolina. 

Go as close to the beach as you can and in a community that has easy access to all the amenities. 

The palm beach area is amazing $500k houses blocks from$50k houses.

awesome meeting everyone and I definitely will be in attendance at the next meeting, hopefully I'll be able to stay if there are activities afterwards this time and have some more deals to tell you guys about.also @Doug Merriott I definitely plan on attending on Sunday... will give me a chance to get away and get to the beach while I'm at it and not be bothered lol

The property is in Pascagoula, MS, which is a little Gulf Coast beach town where around 10% of the population is stationed at the Naval Base there.The gross rental income is a bit over $38K, which is what initially really caught my eye!
