For turnkey knowledge, it is often more promising if the property management team is internal with the turnkey company, versus a 3rd party company, because there is more internalized incentive for them not to suck.This has turned into a good thread.

As a turn key, that seems unlikely.If I assume a 10 year hold, with 1% conservative price appreciation, you could see an internal rate of return at 10-11%, but low monthly net cash flow is still a concern.Good luck with your search and feel free to let me know if you want to talk about long-distance investing.

As @ANISH TOLIA said, it's definitely an advertisement for turnkeys for sure.There are in fact a ton of international investors buying in the US, and have been over the last few years, but you really do have to make sure you have a solid team on the ground in whatever market you are buying in.
