Learning More About Parking Garages and Parking Lots

Hi Everyone,

I am a relatively new investor but very educated about real estate. I am a senior in college and will be graduating this upcoming May. Within the real estate space, I have interned at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield and Mack Real Estate Group and learned a ton about research, debt, and equity. Currently, in my portfolio, I am working on 2 ground-up development projects and funding 2 private money loans.

In addition to that I have noticed an arbitrage in the parking rental market where I live in Brooklyn. This intrigued my interest in this asset class and I have been learning a ton. This asset class is very fragmented and easier to manage/track from an operations point of view. I am writing to see if anyone knows more about parking or has some assets, I would love to connect and see how we can add value to each other and possibly work together.
