Have you tried looking for contractors on apps like Takl?

I did not have time to read the entire post I'm just sitting in my car on my cell phone with a flat tire on the side of the road lol.

Currently have one with Wells Fargo bank, I like it because it easy to use and make payments on the mobile app.

But I'd love to hear about the things I should consider here - including operating system compatibility with apps/software you use.

All the ones I checked out market themselves as being irs compliant (which makes sense since it’s making a log at the time the trip is occurring).I’m sure nowadays there are similar logging apps for “jobs.”

Picture ID, follow up on all references and find the number for yourself don't just use the number on the app.

Put a little money into them and I think it pays off in what you can ask for and beating out the cell-phone-camera competition.  

Large home...after driving for dollars I tried this deal machine app.

We like this lady and her 2 yr old daughter filled out app.

I generally like my tenants and people in general but if you don't pay the rent you better be living on Ramen Noodles and not have a cell phone, cable tv, or any of that other crap that comes after a roof over your head.
