What is your favorite platform/ website you use to run reports on potential tenants and why is it your favorite?

I truly love how bp has this platform!

I've gone on Zillow and other platforms and compared similar homes that are for rent but I feel like that does not provide a very good estimate.

We decided to upgrade to a more sophisticated platform and we want to make sure if you visit our website you understand who we are, what we do, and what we can do for you.2.

Any advice about using this platform to manage applications, screen tenants and collect rent?

A cloud based brokerage platform, like EXP, is growing and allows for larger splits for its agents. 

@John TeachoutAs I understand when an insurance company either cancel's a policy or increases premium it records the reason (s) for a such a change in a common platform that other insurance companys have access to giving them a good reason to keep the premium closer to the most recent insurance premium.I will continue shopping around but this provider was the lowest possible in my area as they are a budding or newer insurance provider therefore I am not feeling very hopeful.If I sell the home the buyer may also face the brunt of higher insurance premium.
