if the purchase price of an investment property is derived from:sales price less repair cost, holding cost, overhead and profit; the purchase price of subcontract services can be described in a similar fashion:Painting revenue less direct costs, overhead and profit.you see, we can all talk about how much we pay for trades, but until you see the rest of the numbers you're really not comparing apples to apples anyways.new question: how much did you or can you charge for the painting work that your painters are performing?

We view it as a mortgage like any other, period.I've had people try to be sneaky, and then one of the last steps before ordering docs (AFTER clear to close from underwriting, and typically AFTER you have lifted all contingencies) is the fraud check, which sure enough shows the recorded lien, and boom deal dead.

Do most scan everything into the computer and save it on the computer or the cloud, or are many saving the hard copies and filing them into a box/tote.Has anyone used a NeatDesk scanner they cost about $300 + they seem like they come with great software to keep everything organized.Should I use Google Drive, I'm not a Apple guy.
