We view it as a mortgage like any other, period.I've had people try to be sneaky, and then one of the last steps before ordering docs (AFTER clear to close from underwriting, and typically AFTER you have lifted all contingencies) is the fraud check, which sure enough shows the recorded lien, and boom deal dead.

Do most scan everything into the computer and save it on the computer or the cloud, or are many saving the hard copies and filing them into a box/tote.Has anyone used a NeatDesk scanner they cost about $300 + they seem like they come with great software to keep everything organized.Should I use Google Drive, I'm not a Apple guy.
