Worrying about changing that value is a waste of time.

You do have to be careful not to waste peoples time. 

Markers all over the walls and will require primer and more than one coat of paint to cover up the markers.

If you are getting a loan you must have a HO6 policy if the master doesn't cover walls in.

I like to do that for my applicants because I don't want them to waste money if they aren't first in line.

MN is trying everything they can to protect tenants with the off ramp and people can throw away filing fees and waste all the time they want but it will save a lot of time to discuss this with an attorney.
