I got this great house that needs some changes, such as replacing windows, new electrical, some plumbing and turn down a kitchen wall to create an open concept living room.Well, I got advise to hire an architect to create the drawings of the house.

It had rotted siding, windows, trim, wood framing, etc throughout, overgrown trees, roots, outside slab cracks, outdated and worn out kitchens / bathrooms, floors throughout, rodents in the attic with torn insulation as well as torn HVAC conduits, leaking sky lights, etc, etc, etc.

The time it takes to complete the appraisal, title work, and loan documents depends on a number of factors but usually a 10 - 14 day window is necessary.

That being said a window or other means of egress(door would work)  is generally required in every bedroom.

Are the windows vinyl or original?
