As someone interested in picking up a trial house in this area I do have a few concerns.The Beltline is relying on a lot of private money and it's already behind.You’re talking about transforming a whole area...

@Eric Sharkey well I am happy for you in your endeavor, education is a great thing you can never have enough of and there are many great books and resources out there. 

However, I know no better way of helping those who went started a career in an illegal entrepreneur endeavor to start a career in a legal one.

As @Ashish Acharya noted, there are ways to convert or transform your income to some extent in order to utilize this strategy from a tax standpoint, but the scale of your operations and cost need to be evaluated.
