I am trying to learn what military personnel find to be the most attractive qualities in rental homes (school district, rental cost, does BAH truly drive their decision)? 

It helps to run some very attractive discounts or market something that may be high on someone's want list. 

In this day and age where everything is digital it is crucial to have quality images of your property to attract as many qualified tenants as you can. 

It seems like both areas offer strong cash flows.I’m aware of the crime in both areas and the potential risks stemming from that.However from a rental aspect what blocks/areas, if any, attract the best tenant pool?

@Fernando Sciessere the location might attract parishioners as renters-- especially if the church has a school.

I'm not saying it cant be done, but it is certainly less attractive than renting  a conventional apartment.

Decent materials not only last long but also will be a good help if you decide to sell the property - good look will attract more potential buyers.

Orange Beach has a really strong tourism draw for the beautiful beaches & area attractions without the hustle & bustle of a city like Pensacola. 

What you need to do is build a funnel to attract people using some sort of lead magnet that would then allow you to invite someone to book a conversation with you.
