If the buyer has an objection to how much your making, ask him are you willing to take less profit on your end so I can raise my price to you when my profit is not going to  be as much as I normally get or want and your profit is going to be normal or better?

You may also be able to obtain a 'soft' option to buy the home, that allows the sellers to keep marketing the property and lets you test the market at something a little above your 'option' price.

Found a good personal finance tip,raise the # of dependants on your income tax to large more dependants than you have is legal to do, and do so,so you do not have ANY refund coming to you per year/so are not giving the government an interest free loan per year or at any one time.
