@JD Martin - do you guys perform (or do you have a PM) perform inspections?

They had unqualified and unskilled workers perform several repairs that were both dangerous and ineffective.

I've noticed a direct correlation between communication and performance with PMs... the minute the communication drops off, so does the performance.

This task is no easy one and rather than making it too complicated, for argument sake, it may be better to just go with published NAA figures to plug into your data.

How do you know if that property is a good buy in a up and coming area or a declining area or an area that is performing so so or an area that is doing well but not performing as well as in other areas?
